■ Common perks
Common perks are available across all tiers.
● Digital Membership Card
You can customize the membership card for each tier. To do this: 1. Go to "Membership Management" from the menu. 2. Edit the tier by changing the original membership card item from the default image to "Original Image". 3. Save the tier to change the membership card to the original image. Please note that if you want to revert to the default image, select "Set Original Membership Card to Default" and then choose "Save". If you have multiple tiers, you need to set an image for each tier.
● Member Badges
You can register up to 10 badges that can be displayed next to a user's name in comments. Members can choose one badge from the registered badges.
● Exclusive Items
You can set exclusive items that only members can use. Exclusive items are revenue-generating items that can only be used with paid points. The set image will be displayed as an item.

Depending on your membership usage, you may be able to use the payment method in the app, according to certain criteria established by us. Please note that we do not publicly disclose the criteria for enabling in-app payments. For U Program, in-app payments are available from the start of membership.
■ Exclusive perks
If you wish to provide exclusive member-only streams as perks, please turn on the checkbox and specify the streams frequency. You can limit these streams to specific membership tier.
■ Original perks
If you want to provide perks other than exclusive streams, please register the perks content by selecting "Add perks" from the menu.

By posting announcements about exclusive streams and messages for members, as well as sharing images, videos, links, and more, you can provide the original perks you've set for your tier through the community. Posting to exclusive communities can be restricted to specific membership tier, allowing only higher-tier members to view and post in the communities.
Posting Method
- Select "New Post" under the "My Live" > "Communities" tab.
- Select "Regular Topic" and register your post content.
- Select the target tier for public posting.
■ Catch-Up Playback
This is a feature that allows members to watch all of a membership owner's streams from the beginning, even if they are currently live. For more details, please check here.
About Revenue
The amount of revenue you receive through membership depends on the payment method of the member as follows:
- Payments via credit card or convenience store lump-sum payments: 80% of the monthly fee.
- Payments via iOS/Android in-app payments: 60% of the monthly fee.
■ Reflecting on the Available Amount
You can check the amount available for application from "Account Menu" > "Revenue Management" tab > "Available Amount for Application." It will be reflected on the 10th of the month, two months after the monthly payment date. Please note that the monthly payment date may vary depending on the payment method. For example, if you join membership on November 27, it will be reflected in the available payment amount on January 10 of the following year.
If you use convenience store lump-sum payments, the membership fee is reflected in the available payment amount every month on the 10th, 30 days after the payment date. For example, if you join the 180-day pack on November 27, the membership fee for the first month will be reflected in the available payment amount on the next year's January 10, and so on, every month on the 10th of the month (February 10, March 10, and so on).
■ Withdrawal Application
Withdrawal of membership revenue requires a withdrawal application. Click "Payment Application/Application History" in "Account Menu" > "Revenue Management" > "Available Amount for Application" for more details. If you are registered as an individual (not a business owner or self-employed person), you are subject to tax withholding. For more information, please refer to "About Tax Withholding" here.
About Blocking Members (Forced Withdrawal)
The blocking feature allows you to force members who have already joined the membership to withdraw and prevent non-members from joining.
Blocking Members Who Have Joined Membership
When you block a member, the user will be notified that they have been blocked. The reservation for withdrawal will be enforced, and members cannot cancel the withdrawal reservation. The member will remain in the blocked status until the next payment renewal date (up to 1 month). When you unblock them, the user will be notified that the block has been lifted.
For Members with Credit Card Payments
They will be automatically forced to withdraw at the next payment renewal date, and no further payments will be charged. If the block is lifted, the withdrawal reservation status is in effect. Therefore, if the user wants to continue their membership, they need to cancel the withdrawal reservation.
For Members with In-App Payments
They will lose the right to the perks of membership from the next payment renewal date unless they voluntarily unsubscribe from in-app billing. Payment will continue unless the member unsubscribes. For details on how to unsubscribe from membership, please see here.
For Members with Convenience Store Lump Sum Payment
They will be forced to withdraw every 30 days after joining. If there is a remaining period of membership, the remaining amount will be refunded at the rate of paid points (1 point per 1 yen). For example, if you joined the 180-day pack on October 1 and were blocked by a membership owner on December 1, the forced withdrawal would take effect on the 90th day, December 29, with the remaining 90 days subject to refund. Please note that the convenience store payment fee is not eligible for a refund.
Blocking Non-Members
There will be no notification sent to the respective user. The user will no longer be able to choose a membership tier from the membership tier selection screen.
Operation Method
You can configure this from "Account Menu" > "NG Word/NG User Settings" > "NG Member Settings." To unblock, select "Delete."
